Ron Wassom began fly fishing while in middle school in the late 1970's, and began to tie soon after. With nearly 40 years of tying experience, he has tied patterns for trout throughout North America, bass, Pacific salmon, bonefish and permit, as well as decorative pieces. He started Kiger Creek Fly Shop from his house in the mid-1990's.
